Daily Nutrition



What this shows is.. what i have for morning and tea even for dinner, this is what i eat in a whole day.
What i have learnt from this process is .. the amount of food i have a day and what i eat to keep healthy.
What i have learnt from this information is ...the amount of food i eat just from one day.
What this information shows others is .. that this is what i eat for the day.
